As Human Resources Generalist you will support our managers in China with HR related issues such as recruitments, development and employer branding. You will also work with improvement in these areas as well as keeping up to date on laws, regulations and market trends and working with improving our Employee Value Proposition and attracting the best staff.
You will drive HR practices and objectives that leads to an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, a common company culture with shared views, where people are happy, proud and prosper.
The HR Generalist also manages the administration, information and education of HR policies, processes and procedures and takes a big part in recruitment and onboarding.
To be successful in this role you have to share our company values- humour & joy, commitment and involvement. You have a positive mindset and spread enthusiasm. You are communicative, have integrity and are good at creating relations and trust.
We also want you to have knowledge within HR either from education or experience. You have to speak and understand English on a high level. Experience from the transport, logistic or forwarder industry is a plus.
The HR generalist reports to the country manager of Greencarrier Freight Services in China as well as to the Head of HR.
